The hotel was located in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore and enjoy the Christmas festivities. we loved the cozy fireplace in the lobby area.

The heating system in our room didn't work properly and even with the blankets provided, we felt a bit cold. The Wi-Fi connectivity in our room was not very strong and we often had trouble connecting.
