Spent a lovely night at Hotel Ponte di Rialto. The spacious room offered a charming Italian vibe. The mini-fridge came in handy for snacks. Staff provided superb service, answering all questions and offering great local tips. Breakfast had a delightful spread, especially the pancakes that were a highlight for me. the free private parking made it super convenient for exploring the area. I noticed some noise from the adjacent room, possibly from plumbing sounds. The shower temperature fluctuated a bit during my morning routine, which was a minor inconvenience. Despite these issues, the comfort of the bed enhanced my stay. Appreciated the effective climate control too, as it kept the room pleasant throughout the night.

Spacious room with a lovely Italian vibe. Breakfast had a delicious spread. The staff provided helpful tips for exploring the city and were attentive to all requests.
The decor felt somewhat outdated. A bit more attention to room maintenance would enhance the experience.

The WiFi was unreliable, which made connectivity a struggle. The decor felt a bit stuck in the past, and the mini bar was nearly empty, lacking attention to detail. I experienced noise disturbances from adjacent rooms, particularly when pipes were running, which disrupted my rest. Some rooms could use maintenance attention. I noticed a broken curtain in one. Shower temperatures fluctuated, which was a bit bothersome. Unfortunately, the breakfast selection could have been improved, with some items running out too quickly during busy times.

The Ponte offered a perfect blend of comfort and professionalism. The room was spacious with a lovely Italian decor and included a small fridge, ideal for snacks. Breakfast was delightful with a varied selection, including options reminiscent of a classic Perlman breakfast. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate requests and provide helpful tips for exploring Crema. The hotel's business center and express check-in/out efficiency made it a great choice for my work needs.
Noise from adjacent rooms was occasionally distracting.

Howay, I had a lovely stay! The location’s canny, just a quick 5-minute walk from the town centre. The staff were proper friendly and helpful which made all the difference. Just wish there were more power plugs by the bed, like! But all in all, a decent spot for a night or two.

We had a sweet stay, with friendly staff and a choice breakfast. But the lift was playing up, and the room decor felt outdated. Still, the comfy bed saved the day!

Target audience casual travelers
The staff were dead friendly and helped us out with everything we needed, even got us a take-out breakfast for an early start. The breakfast itself had a lovely spread with pancakes that somehow reminded me of the movie.
It wasn’t cheap but still acceptable for what we got.
